Since our speciality is green energy, luxury holiday homes, every few years we embark on a passion project of designing and building one-of-a-kind bungalows on land that we have developed. These incorporate our signature aesthetic - an organic floor plan based on a sense of flow and balance between the interior of the home and the gorgeous surrounding landscape.
About
Design Multiples is a Mumbai based architectural firm setup by partners Darius Rafaat and Niti Merchant that specializes in beautiful and distinctive holiday homes, resorts and condominiums.
Our work over the last 30 years encompasses land development, interiors and landscapes.
We have pioneered work in inaccessible areas like Pawna and Nandgaon (44 km south of Alibaug) and been a part of the opening out and popularisation of these gorgeous, hitherto unknown locations.
Moreover, our work has a strong ecological influence, our properties utilise wind and solar power and techniques like rainwater harvesting wherever possible.
